HISTORY AND TRADITION
Our coffee story dates back several generations, where the passion for coffee has been passed down from family to family.
Over the years, we have perfected our cultivation and processing techniques to ensure the highest quality in every cup of Gato de Monte coffee.
The process of harvesting Geisha and Catuai coffee begins with the selection of the ripest cherries. Our hand-picked cherries help ensure that only adequately ripe coffee cherries are harvested. The riper the cherry, the sweeter the coffee’s flavor profile.
These sweet floral notes and intricate flavor profiles are just some of the many characteristics that Geisha coffee shares with most other coffees. Additionally, the exceptional flavor of Geisha is also one of the contributing factors to Geisha’s high price and reputation.
Geisha and Catuai coffee grown in Panama is recognized as one of the best in the world and has a long-standing reputation for having one of the highest values in international coffee auctions.
